TICKET DISCLAIMER

Disclaimer for Third-Party Ticket Sellers
Please be aware of the following important information before purchasing tickets from third-party ticket sellers.

Unauthorized Ticket Sales
Third-party ticket sellers operate independently and may not be authorized or affiliated with the official event organizer, venue, or ticketing agency. They acquire tickets through various means, including reselling, scalping, or other potentially illegal methods. Purchasing tickets from unauthorized sellers may put you at risk of purchasing invalid or counterfeit tickets.

Ticket Authenticity
Third-party ticket sellers cannot guarantee the authenticity of the tickets they sell. There have been instances where individuals have unknowingly purchased fake tickets, resulting in denied entry to events. It is important to exercise caution and purchase tickets from authorized sources to ensure their validity.

Pricing and Fees
Third-party ticket sellers often charge higher prices than the face value of tickets. They may also include additional fees, such as service charges, processing fees, or delivery fees. These costs can significantly increase the overall ticket price. Be mindful of the total amount you will be paying and compare prices from different sources before making a purchase.

Availability and Guarantees
Third-party ticket sellers do not have control over the availability of tickets. While they may advertise tickets for events that are sold out through official channels, there is no guarantee that they can fulfill your order. It is advisable to check official ticketing platforms and authorized resellers before resorting to third-party sellers.

Limited Consumer Protection
Purchasing tickets from third-party sellers may limit your consumer protection rights. In case of disputes or issues related to ticket purchases, it can be challenging to obtain refunds, replacements, or any form of compensation. Official ticketing platforms and authorized resellers usually offer better customer support and protection.

Personal Information Security
When purchasing tickets from third-party sellers, you may be required to provide personal information, such as your name, contact details, and payment information. Be cautious and ensure that the website or platform you are using has adequate security measures in place to protect your sensitive data from unauthorized access or misuse.

Research and Due Diligence
Before making any purchases from third-party ticket sellers, conduct thorough research on their reputation, reliability, and customer reviews. Look for any red flags or negative feedback regarding their business practices. It is advisable to prioritize authorized sellers to minimize risks.

Remember, this warning is intended to help you make an informed decision when purchasing tickets from third-party sellers. While not all third-party ticket sellers are untrustworthy, exercising caution and following best practices can minimize the potential risks associated with these transactions.
